Moongdal -3 teaspoon
Grated Coconut-5-6 table spoon

Mustar seed- ½ teaspoon
Chana dal-1/2 teaspoon
Urad dal-1/2 teaspoon

1.Fry the rice and moongdal without oil. Till the rice changes. In a cooker, put
the oil is heated and adds tempering ingredients except coriander leaves.
