Paruppilla Kuzhambu

I will read more cooking books. This is also read from a tamil magazine. It is very tasty dish. I tried within 20 min we can do.

Ingredients
Brinjal- 3 no’s
Small onion-10 no’s
Garlic -10 no’s
Tamarind- small gooseberry size
Salt as per taste.

For Grinding
Coconut-4 table spoon
Fry in the oil and grind with coconut
Coriander Seeds-2 teaspoon
Jeera-1 teaspoon
Red chillies- 10 no’s

For tempering
Mustard seeds-1/2 teaspoon
Broken Urad dhal-1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves-5 n o’s
Oil- 2 table spoon

Method
1.Cut the brinjals. Make tamarind water and put the paste in it.
2.In a kadai, heat the oil and temper all the things and fry the onion,
garlic,brinjal.
3.After frying pour the tamarind water. 15 minutes later it will become thick.
4.Serve it with rice.

Time:20min.
Serve: 4
