It is a Andhra recipe. It is very spicy one.
Tamarind paste-2 table spoon
Salt as per taste.
Mustard seeds-1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves- 5 no’s.
1.Remove the skin and cut the vellarikkai into pieces.
2.Remove the water from it.
3.Grind the tamarind paste , green chillies and vellarikkai.
4.Add salt in it.
5.Then in a kadai heat the oil and temper the mustard seed and curry leaves.
6.Serve it .
